As portfolio managers and investment advisors, we’re stewards of our clients’ future, values and legacy. We’re also stewards of our community.
We acknowledge, with gratitude, the place our family and many of the families we advise call home is within the unceded traditional territory of the K'ómoks, Ei'ksan and Pentlatch people.
A combined 50 years of experience in the wealth planning and portfolio management industry tells us that every decision is connected, every choice carries weight. Those choices ripple out to the community. We show our gratitude through our actions and support.
As parents and grandparents, we care about the type of legacy we leave for our own family. We strive to give back to our community by supporting children that don't have the resources that our family has experienced. Nearly 20 years ago, Rick helped launch the Learn to Ski Program with the Strathcona Nordics Ski Club and Mount Washington Alpine Ski Resort, donating funding and time to the program which teaches hundreds of children the basics of Cross Country Skiing each year. Our team is very proud that this program has since seen participation by children of children who initially participated two decades ago.
We also believe feeding the minds and bodies of the next generation will pay dividends in their future and that of our community. This is why we proudly support several organizations including the Courtenay Elementary Community School Society Breakfast and Lunch Program, the Raise a Reader Campaign through Comox Valley Lifelong Learning, the Comox Valley Therapeutic Riding Society, and Project Watershed.
And with our Responsible Investment Advisor Certification, we also take pride in guiding and educating our clients surrounding choices that will make our community and the world a better place.
We’re building the future together. What inspires you? How can we help you create an impact with your legacy?
