One of the most discussed topics last week was unusual activity in the repo market. There was speculation that it could go as far as being the canary in the coal mine for the next recession. 

Given that most investors aren't familiar with the repo market, we decided to explain as best we could what the repo market is, why it is so important, what happened last week, what the FED is doing to fix the problem, and lastly whether or not investors should be concerned.
