Simon began his career as an Associate at Richardson Partners Financial in 2005 where he learned the business through experience, continuing education and professional designations. In 2009 he partnered with a seasoned advisory team and worked through a six-year succession plan which saw their practice double in size. Since then, he has grown the practice and team significantly.
Simon takes a holistic approach to wealth management and conducts in depth assessments regarding the needs and potential risks facing successful families, professionals, and business owners. Simon places a high priority on understanding client needs first. He does this through the lens of tax & estate planning and providing a high level of service to clients as he helps guide them through various life events to ensure a seamless transition, whether it be, divorce, selling a business, managing an inheritance or adjusting to the financial changes brought on by retirement. Simon’s key roles also include asset allocation and investment selection with a disciplined process for buying and selling North American securities. More recently, Simon has been incorporating various alternative investments and non-traditional, non-correlated investment opportunities to reduce risk and volatility and achieve superior risk adjusted returns over longer periods of time.
