Shivika was drawn to financial services 15 years ago by a desire to empower others through financial literacy, break gender barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field, foster economic independence for people of different backgrounds, and make a positive impact on individuals’ financial well-being. She joined Richardson Wealth in early 2024 after spending most of her career working in leadership & Investment Planning at major Canadian financial institutions.
Shivika has a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Master’s in Communication from India. She holds the Qualified Associate Financial Planner (QAFP) designation. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Gujarati.
Shivika actively supports the newcomer community and works closely with immigrant societies and diverse professional clubs in Calgary. She has a passion for being involved in women’s empowerment initiatives and volunteering at local community events. She loves spending her free time reading biographies and stories about inspirational and challenging journeys and exploring diverse cultures through travel with her family.
