Meet our team

Lou currently serves as an Senior Wealth Advisor for a growing and exclusive group of individuals, families, entrepreneurs and organizations; and leads an advisory practice based on core principles that define his approach.

He has achieved a variety of educational and professional designations, including the prestigious Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) designations. Lou continues to upgrade his skills through ongoing  training and professional coursework.

Lou loves spending time with his wife and two children. He enjoys coaching his son’s soccer team and devoting his time charitable causes including Variety, the Children's Charity of Manitoba.

Franca was born and raised in Winnipeg. She graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelors of Arts degree in 2014 and completed her Canadian Securities Course (CSC) in 2016. Franca has future plans on becoming a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

While studying at university, she worked part-time with Caci Wealth Management, since 2011. Franca assists in servicing client requests, meeting preparation, marketing, and the creation of the wealth plans and investment proposals.

During her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the cabin, volunteering in her community and playing sports.

Maryam was born in Iran. She grew up in Dubai, U.A.E. and moved to Canada for University in 2014. She graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in 2019 and is currently looking to complete her Canadian Securities Course (CSC).

Maryam has experience working in the financial industry for 5 years and is happy to be joining and assisting the Caci Team.

Maryam assists in servicing client requests, meeting preparation, report preparation and supports her team as needed while she is working towards her licensing.

During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her partner and her family, baking, hiking and staying active.
