The Herman Team

Multi-generational wealth planning built on integrity and experience

One of the privileges of our career as wealth managers and investment advisors has been to grow alongside our clients. We’ve watched them move through milestones and build their careers, families and businesses drawing from our advice surrounding investments and financial planning along the way. For nearly 40 years our practice has been built around connection, understanding and integrity. Some of our clients have been with us since the beginning, others have joined us in search of a bilingual advisor that takes the time to understand them.

We’re proud of the reputation we’ve built as wealth advisors. We’re driven and challenged by our clients to expand our knowledge on the markets and the ever-evolving strategies for growing and preserving wealth. Our clients don’t fit a mould – they’re high net worth professionals and entrepreneurs, retirees and families – their needs are as unique as they are. However, we stay rooted in the fundamentals: thoughtful advice, well-researched strategies and transparent decision-making. These fundamentals inform our approach to tax optimization and portfolio design in the early stages of wealth accumulation through to estate, retirement and succession planning during the later stages of our client’s life.

Our advice is unbiased, we use state-of-the-art planning technology and, as an independent team under the Richardson Wealth umbrella, we have access to an in-house team of tax, estate planning and insurance experts.

We’re The Herman Team: Multi-generational wealth planning built on integrity and experience.
