Fadi’s attention to detail and constant drive to refine his wealth planning approach has helped him build long-lasting relationships with clients. He’s good at what he does because he truly enjoys helping people navigate the spaces where life and livelihood intersect.
Fadi began his career in the finance industry in 1994, first as a consultant before transitioning to the role of division director and regional director at his previous firm. In 2015, Fadi made the decision alongside his wife and business partner, Lynn MacNeil, to join Richardson Wealth and bring clients more investment options and transparency regarding costs and reporting.
He holds an MBA from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University as well as the Financial Planner designation (F. Pl.), and the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Fadi and Lynn have three children. He devotes a lot of time to volunteering and giving back to his community. A lifelong hockey player, he still makes time to hit the ice when he can. He also stays active by cycling. Downtime is often spent devouring books on leadership, business, and economics.
