Tricia Leadbeater has over 20 years of experience partnering with clients to achieve their life and investment goals. Her diverse education and experience bring a unique and valuable perspective to her relationships, many of which are multi-generational. She especially enjoys coaching clients who, as a result of life transitions, are new to managing wealth. She also excels at educating and motivating young professionals in their early careers.

Prior to obtaining the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, Tricia completed a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Dalhousie University, and earned undergraduate degrees with distinction in English and Philosophy from the University of Calgary. To improve her volunteer and leadership skills, she completed the Institute for Corporate Directors (ICD) Not-for-Profit Director’s Program.

Tricia is committed to serving her local community and passionate about supporting the arts. For the past eight years, she has served on the board of Theatre Calgary. She is a past chair and current director of the Theatre Calgary Endowment. She is also a director of the Werklund Family Foundation, which promotes leadership and education opportunities for youth in Alberta. Previously, Tricia served on the boards of the Calgary Allied Arts Foundation, Calgary Cinematheque and Calgary CFA Society. Today, she volunteers with the Calgary CFA Society on their Investment Committee. She was a past committee member for the Calgary CFA Women in Investment Management conference.

Tricia spends most weekends in the mountains, either cross-country skiing or hiking. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family attending performing arts events in the city.

Kendall  previously worked as Alumni Engagement Officer at the Haskayne School of Business – University of Calgary. She is very well versed in client communication, organizing, and coordinating client virtual and in person events and in maintaining our CRM data base.

While Kendall is currently unlicensed, she is registered and working on the Canadian Securities course in 2023. Kendall is very capable to handle most of your administrative concerns.

Carson is dedicated to providing exceptional account administration and communication support to our clients.  Currently, he is completing the Canadian Securities Course to become an Investment Representative, and he has plans to complete the Qualified Associate Financial Planner designation, to enhance the financial planning resources available to our clients.

Carson holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a concentration in Financial Services from Mount Royal University. His experience includes working in the insurance and investment industry, with experience primarily focused on client relations and administration.

Originally from Brooks, Alberta, Carson is a skilled athlete, he enjoys cooking and has a love for animals. Growing up on an acreage, he raised and showed cattle with his brother throughout Alberta. When he wasn’t working on his family’s acreage, Carson was usually watching or playing sports. Ultimately, he pursued his love of sports at the collegiate level, pitching for the Okanagan College Coyotes baseball team.

Anna Vegso

Anna assists the team and our clients with their account and administrative needs. She is a valuable asset to the the team with her background in legal and accounting assistance. She has a Legal Assistant diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and over 7 years of experience in administration.

In her free time, Anna loves to read, roller skate, or head to the mountains.

Craig Basinger is the Chief Market Strategist at Purpose Investments. With over 25 years of investment experience, Craig combines an educational foundation in economics & psychology with years of experience in both fundamental and quantitative research. A long term student of the markets, Craig’s thoughts and insights can be seen in Market Ethos publications and is a regular contributor on BNN. 

Craig and his team bring a transparent and cost efficient approach to investment management. The team provides asset allocation OCIO services and directly manages over $1 billion in assets. The team manages dividend mandates, quantitative risk reduction strategies and asset allocation services.

Christopher J. Curtis CPA, CA, JD, TEP, FEA

Based in Winnipeg, Chris expertly applies his accounting and legal experience to collaborate with advisors and their clients to identify wealth, and tax and estate planning opportunities. He takes a pragmatic and candid approach to helping clients meet their overall financial goals and objectives.

Chris began his professional career as an accountant in private practice at Ernst & Young LLP. After being called to the Manitoba Bar, he joined Canada Life as in-house counsel and subsequently transitioned to the role of Wealth & Tax Planning Consultant, where he spent several years working extensively with advisors providing advice to their high-net-worth clients. Chris also has experience practicing law as an estate planning and administration lawyer with one of Western Canada’s pre-eminent law firms.

Chris obtained an HBA from the Ivey Business School and a J.D. from Robson Hall Faculty of Law. He holds a CPA, CA and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

An graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce, and is a CFA charter holder.  An has been in the investment industry for over twenty years and has worked for Canadian and Global financial institutions along the way.  As Vice-President, Investments Services and Proposals, An is responsible for the firm’s product research platform for public funds and manages the investment proposals and RFP process.

An started her career on the investment custody side where she specialized in portfolio transition management dealing with Canada’s largest pension plans and investment managers.  Prior to joining Richardson Wealth, An was Vice President, Products & Services at Macquarie Private Wealth, and was responsible for the firm’s fee-based programs including the advisor managed discretionary, third party managed discretionary, and non-discretionary platforms. Prior to joining Macquarie, An was an analyst for the consulting group at CIBC Asset Management where she was part of the manager research team that was responsible for the sub-advisory relationships for over $110 billion in assets under management.  On the manager research team, she covered Canadian equity, fixed income and Global fixed income investment managers.

With a 360-degree backdrop of the investment management business, including custody, transition management, and portfolio management, An brings best practice ideas and solutions to the investment team.  As a result of her dealings with both the end client and the investment manager, An has a balanced, and disciplined perspective to investment management with a focus on portfolio implementation, on-going monitoring, and risk-management.
