As a Portfolio Manager and Investment Advisor, Susan builds and manages client portfolios to help them meet their goals. She’s energized by helping clients answer big life financial questions and seeing them achieve their financial goals. Financial literacy and empowerment are important to her and she produces a YouTube channel helping demystify financial concepts.
While in the BBA program at Wilfrid Laurier University, Susan held co-ops at several international finance and accounting firms. Through those roles, she realized that while she loved the analytical piece, it was having an impact on individual lives, not corporations, that mattered most to her. After graduation in 2012, she joined a boutique wealth management firm before bringing her practice to Richardson Wealth in 2022.
In addition to a BBA, Susan has her CFA® and CFP® designations.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking and cooking, staying active by working out, playing soccer, and volleyball, and going for hikes. Susan is a member of the Plugin society and a volunteer at Kitchener Waterloo Community foundation.
