3-Step Client Planning Process

1st Meeting - Discovery / Philosophy (2 Hours)

  • We spend a considerable amount of time trying to gain a full understanding of you and your unique financial situation
  • The decision to book a 2nd meeting is left with you


2nd Meeting – Wealth Plan Presentation (2 Hours)

  • Based on the information from our 1st meeting, we create your Wealth Plan that connects your financial goals and resources
  • Your Wealth Plan:
    • Analyzes your current situation, including costs
    • Projects when you will need your money
    • Considers milestones
    • Includes your Investment Policy Statement (IPS), outlining how we will invest your money


3rd Meeting – Signing (1 Hour)

  • Once you decide to proceed, we complete all the new account documentation, then we review and sign a Letter of Engagement outlining our client relationship including reporting and regular communications
