Joel fell in love with the investment industry while working for a summer with his father, who was an advisor for a bank-owned firm. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Bishop’s University in 1994, he began his career at TD Evergreen, where he witnessed a severe market crash that shaped his conservative approach to investing. He worked for seven years and then moved to Hampton Securities for another seven years, developing a loyal clientele of investors and a specialty in helping people to generate a steady income in retirement. In 2011, his fifteenth year in the investment industry, Joel made the move to Macquarie Private Wealth, which was acquired by Richardson Wealth (formerly Richardson GMP) in 2013. After working closely with his friend and mentor, Lloyd Leonard, for some time, Joel teamed up with Lloyd in 2014 to create Kruzich Leonard Wealth Management. Joel is also an Assistant Coach of his son’s Leaside Flames hockey team. He enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter, especially being outdoors at his family cottage in the Kawarthas.
Danielle began her career in the investment industry in 2010 and joined Kruzich Wealth Management in 2014. Originally a part of the Operations team, she gained invaluable expertise that translates into a more seamless experience for her clients. Now a senior member of the Kruzich Wealth Management team, her commitment is to make the lives of her clients better.
A true passion for providing a more holistic wealth experience, she aims to help clients get the most from their custom-tailored portfolios while minimizing tax, maximizing returns, and efficiently transferring wealth to the next generation.
Danielle holds a Journalism diploma from Humber College and a certificate in Advanced Investment Advice (CSI). Danielle is also a mother and enjoys spending free time with her young family.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance from Dalhousie University, graduating in the summer of 2019. He quickly completed his Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conducts and Practices Handbook course (CPH) and is working towards obtaining his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation. In addition to educating himself on the financial services industry, Jordan has also earned a certificate for Data Analytics from the University of Toronto.
Jordan began his career with our team in March 2020, at the onset of the COVID-19 health crisis and is committed and focused to advancing his career in wealth management. With his commitment to continued education, challenging the status quo and the analytical skills he possesses, Jordan provides critical support to our team enabling us to provide the high level of service that our clients deserve.
In his spare time Jordan enjoys golfing, reading biographies, cycling, playing paintball and spending time with his family.
Daniel has most recently joined Kruzich Wealth Management after completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree at Guelph.
Having completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conducts and Practices Handbook (CPH), Daniel is working toward obtaining his CIM designation. With a passion in programming, Daniel was also an Assistant Instructor for Data Analytics at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
As an Assistant, Daniel supports the team in their day-to-day operations. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys HIIT cardio exercises, badminton, golf and reading.
