It was a pleasure to speak with Greg Romundt, Founder and CEO of Centurion Asset Management. Our conversation was focused on the current status and future outlook of the multi-family focused apartment sector generally and Centurion REIT specifically. We covered a lot of ground in our 60 minutes together, although we could have easily filled another 60 more. As Greg suggested, real estate is a fairly simple business but to be successful at it requires thoughtful, strategic execution. Results of this execution are impressive – total growth for investors has been 13.75% per year since inception in 2009 (average annual compound return to Dec 31/23, net of management fees, dividends reinvested).
