Kent brings more than 30 years of experience guiding individuals and business owners. He takes a detailed approach to planning, working with clients to identify and develop strategies to achieve their goals. He doesn’t shy away from hard conversations, combining empathy and experience to get clients to the next step.

Before building the Coulter Wealth Management team at Richardson Wealth in 2010, Kent has worked in the industry since 1993. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics from the University of Alberta and carries the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.

An avid golfer, Kent has been an active member on the board for both the Edmonton Golf Association and the Edmonton Junior Golf Association. He’s also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth. In his spare time, Kent enjoys spending time with his children and their partners, cycling, and playing cards. 

Teri Mulholland MBA

Teri Mulholland ensures clients receive thoughtful financial planning by taking the time to get to know each client personally and understand their goals, values, and overall financial situation. She has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry.

Before joining the Coulter Wealth Management team, Teri held various business development and financial services positions, including Manager of Business Development and Associate Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities. She also co-owned an online retail store. Teri brings with her a unique business perspective achieved through experience in business ownership, financial planning, marketing, and customer service.

Teri has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with an economics major and an MBA from the University of Alberta. 

Outside of her professional commitments, Teri values family time and enjoys walking their dog, attending her kids’ sports events, running, practicing yoga, and travelling. 

Axandra Chevalier

Axandra is the first point of contact at Coulter Wealth Management. Since joining the team as an assistant in 2018, Axandra has worked diligently alongside the team to keep the administrative details on track.

Growing up in the industry, Axandra feels a deep connection with family enterprise clients, finding joy in the role she plays in helping them reach their goals and meeting people who share her values. 

Axandra grew up ski racing, becoming a ski instructor at various ski hills in Alberta. She is involved in Para Ice Hockey from the grassroots level to the Women’s National team and volunteers with Paralympic Sports Association. In addition to spending time with her husband Matthew and extended family, Axandra enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, playing cards and board games, reading, knitting, and sewing. 

Angela Halwa

Angela is responsible for the behind-the-scenes work that makes the client experience smooth and the day-to-day operations efficient for the Coulter Wealth Management team. 

After graduating from MacEwan University in Edmonton with a degree in Human Resources Management and Social Work, she spent 15 years working in child welfare and foster care before transitioning into special needs education. She spent two years at a law firm, where she managed wills, estate documents, and financial records. Drawn to Kent’s client-centric approach, she joined his team in 2016.

Angela enjoys volunteering and has spent the past 17 years as the team manager for her kids’ minor hockey teams. She spent 17 years in various board positions with her kids’ school fundraising group. In her spare time, Angela likes camping, making cards and scrapbooking, gardening, skiing, watching the Edmonton Oilers and, above all, spending time with her three kids and two grandchildren.
