Benji has built a practice that is focused on personalized wealth plans, giving his clients peace of mind that they are being provided with a personal solution for all the financial stages of their life.

Benji’s expertise and resources allow him to provide comprehensive wealth management service in areas such as tax, estate and retirement planning, insurance solutions and business succession.

Benji is a graduate of B.Comm.(Hons) from the University of Manitoba and has been in the industry since 1995.

Originally from Brandon, Benji is a dad of two teen-aged boys and keeps busy outside of work attending many hockey and other sporting events.

Aside from his avid passion for hockey and the Winnipeg Jets, Benji enjoys spending quality time and making memories with his family, friends and wife Tannis.

Adam is responsible for meeting preparation, market evaluations, servicing client requests and preparing retirement assessments.

Adam graduated with a B.Comm.(Hons) from the University of Manitoba and has been with the Miles Wealth Management Group since 2013.

Like Benji, Adam is also from Brandon and an avid hockey fan too and keeps his passion alive by assisting AAA hockey and going to Jets games.

During the summer, Adam, his wife Kim, their new daughter and their 8lb Miniature Schnauzer, Bentley, enjoys spending time with family and their family cabin in Lac Du Bonnet.

When not enjoying the cabin, you can be certain that their family is planning their next trip. Enthused travelers, their most recent trips include Africa, Switzerland and Hawaii.

Leah is responsible for account documentation, monetary requests and transfers and daily administrative tasks such as marketing, insurance and estates processing.

Leah graduated with a B.A. from the University of Winnipeg. She has been working with Richardson Wealth since 2015 and with the Miles Wealth Management Group since 2017.

Although Leah is also an enthused traveler herself, she prefers to stay home during the warmer months to enjoy our beautiful summers in Manitoba.

When she is not camping, golfing, or at the cabin in Lac Du Bonnet, you can find her taking long walks with her adopted dog, Ollie.

Ollie considers herself an animal actress as she (along with Leah) has appeared in the movie A Dog’s Journey and even taken acting classes!

Based in Winnipeg, Chris expertly applies his accounting and legal experience to collaborate with advisors and their clients to identify wealth, and tax and estate planning opportunities. He takes a pragmatic and candid approach to helping clients meet their overall financial goals and objectives.

Chris began his professional career as an accountant in private practice at Ernst & Young LLP. After being called to the Manitoba Bar, he joined Canada Life as in-house counsel and subsequently transitioned to the role of Wealth & Tax Planning Consultant, where he spent several years working extensively with advisors providing advice to their high-net-worth clients. Chris also has experience practicing law as an estate planning and administration lawyer with one of Western Canada’s pre-eminent law firms.

Chris obtained an HBA from the Ivey Business School and a J.D. from Robson Hall Faculty of Law. He holds a CPA, CA and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Sean Hsu CPA (New Hampshire), MTax, TEP

Sean collaborates with advisory teams and their clients to develop wealth planning strategies and to deliver integrated solutions addressing their unique needs.

Sean is an accountant with experience in Canadian and U.S. tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, with a focus on integrated cross-border wealth, estate, and trust matters. Before joining Richardson Wealth, Sean was at a multi-national accounting firm practicing in the private client group.

Sean participates in the development of thought leadership content delivered by our Tax & Estate Planning team. He has appeared in The Globe and Mail and has authored and contributed to several articles for BorderCrossings, a Thomson Reuters publication with insightful commentary on crossborder issues faced by Canadians and U.S. citizens. He is also a facilitator in the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program.

Sean is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and holds a Master of Taxation from the University of Waterloo.

Sylvia Azoulay TEP

Sylvia works closely with Investment Advisors and their clients to explore and identify issues that address clients’ overall wealth planning needs. She helps clients formulate objectives, understand issues and strategies and facilitates implementation of their goals. Sylvia understands the sensitive issues relating to family dynamics and wealth transfer.

Sylvia is an estate planning lawyer with many years of experience. Prior to joining Richardson Wealth, she was a principal in her own strategic wealth planning firm and also spent many years in the financial industry dealing with wealth planning solutions for high net worth clients.

Sylvia has been an instructor at Humber College School of Business and at the Bar Admission course at the Law Society of Upper Canada. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Estate Planning Council of Toronto. She is a seasoned presenter on topics of importance to high net worth families.
