As an Investment Advisor, Helen Hatzitzanakis brings an intuitive understanding of client needs to her practice combined with sharp market acumen honed over 20 years in the financial services sector. Initially introduced to wealth planning through the lens of family finances at a young age, Helen pursued finance in university, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia in Montreal.

She built the early part of her career as an advisor at an independent firm before moving to one of Canada’s largest bank-owned investment dealers. She joined Richardson Wealth in pursuit of an independent, entrepreneurial approach while providing her clients with access to a wider team of in-house tax and estate planning professionals and the Richardson Wealth Private Family Office. 

Today, Helen is a trusted advisor to a select group of families in Quebec and Ontario who enjoy her expertise surrounding unbiased advice and service.

In addition to her B.Comm Finance, Helen has her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designations. Helen is a fully licensed broker and is also fully insurance licensed to best serve her clients’ needs. When she’s not working alongside clients, Helen enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She loves reading and painting.

Brad Conklin leads operations and administration for the team, facilitating investment management and daily client service needs.

Over the course of 20 years in the financial industry, Brad has run the gamut, establishing expertise in everything from wealth management to back-office operations and customer service. Brad has successfully completed the Canadian Securities and Conduct and Practices courses and obtained his Registered Representative license. He executes orders in equity, fixed income, ETF and mutual fund investments.

A graduate of Bishop University, Brad spends most of his personal time coaching his three boys in hockey. With a passion for golf imparted by his father who played professionally, Brad also enjoys tennis, poker and travelling. 

Mélanie Côté

Mélanie has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career at Merrill Lynch in 2000 and then moved on to CIBC Wood Gundy, gaining experience as an assistant and in operations. In 2017, Mélanie joined Richardson Wealth as a Branch Assistant, overseeing the operations of our Pointe-Claire office before joining our Team in 2020.


Melanie brings a professional yet personal client-focused approach to her client-servicing.She is our client’s first point of contact and is responsible for all administrative duties within our practice. This would include responding to client requests and queries, appointment scheduling, money transfers and new account openings.


In her spare time, Mélanie enjoys teaching Pilates & Yoga to seniors.

Amélie Campeau-Lanctôt

Vice President, Tax & Estate Planning


As a member of the Tax & Estate Planning team at Richardson Wealth since 2014, Amélie provides her expertise and works closely with Advisors and their clients to identify and develop tax and estate planning strategies that address clients’ overall wealth planning needs.

Amélie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Sherbrooke and a Master’s degree in Taxation from HEC Montréal. She is also a registered lawyer in the Tableau de l’Ordre du Barreau du Québec. Prior to joining Richardson Wealth in 2014, she worked in Canadian taxation in the private companies department in large accounting firms.

Over the past few years, Amélie has developed extensive experience in tax and estate planning for entrepreneurs and incorporated professionals. Amélie has also developed expertise in estate planning, including the transfer of family businesses, as well as the review of wills and mandates. Not only does she have the technical knowledge of death taxes and trusts, but her services are also highly appreciated for the human side of settling an estate.

Amélie regularly speaks to groups of entrepreneurs and professionals for presentations on estate planning. She has also written several articles on the subject. In particular, she is a member of Association de planification fiscale et financière (APFF) and has participated on several occasions in Première en affaires.
