Since starting her career amidst the market turmoil of the 1980s, Margaret has developed a highly personalized service that guides clients through challenging times in the market. That resourcefulness also led her to pioneer a cashless exercise of stock options system, a specialized knowledge that continues to drive the practice’s success today.
A qualified Portfolio Manager with a discretionary approach to diversified investing that focuses on the fundamentals — cost effectiveness, opportunity, and patience – Margaret holds her insurance, options and derivatives licenses. Margaret also has a U.S. registration to offer a full suite of investment services including insurance and estate and retirement planning.
A tireless champion of her community, outside of the office Margaret continually points her financial expertise at local causes. She’s previously supported the Armagh Second Stage women’s shelter as Treasurer for the organization. Currently, she divides her time between her roles as Treasurer of the Meadowwood Tennis Club, President of the Birchy Lake Residents’ Association (BLRA), and sitting on the board for her local ratepayers’ community organization. Margaret is also a founding member of the Global Equity Organization’s Toronto Chapter.
