Kim has been a leader in the financial industry for the past 42 years and has a passion for the markets. He has worked with successful families, individuals and institutions, helping them make sound strategic choices with the wealth they have accumulated.

Kim has volunteered with several organizations including UofM Alumni, Ducks Unlimited, St. Boniface Research, St Mary’s Academy, Jocelyn House, and Children’s Hospital Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba. As well he is a Fellow of CSI (FCSI) designation.

Kim has lived in Winnipeg his entire life, where he spent time with his wife Val, of 45 years, proudly raising two girls and now has the joy of a young grandson in his life. In his spare time, he enjoys snowmobiling, golfing, travelling and can be found reading a history book at the cottage

Gail Morden has enjoyed a career in the investment industry for over 35 years.

She has worked with Kim McCartney throughout her career and is dedicated to performing administrative duties and handling client relations in an effective and professional manner.

Gail enjoys spending time at the lake with her husband and two daughters and has a passion for all things culinary.

Cynthia has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She joined McCartney Wealth Management as an Associate in 2010 and it was an instant fit. Customer service has always been her top priority throughout her career.

Cynthia enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her 2 teenage boys. She embraces their passions of playing music, motocross, and outdoor recreation.
