In 1999 Michelle received her CIMA (Certified Investment Management Analyst) designation from the Wharton School of Business. Michelle has served as president of the Manitoba chapter, Investment Dealers Association of Canada and was a Manitoba finalist for the IDA Award of Distinction. She is the past president of the Winnipeg Jazz Orchestra and currently serves on the Winnipeg Humane Society board of directors. Michelle and her husband, Dr. Tom Simpson, enjoy travelling the world and experiencing different cultures. They also spend time at their Lake of the Woods cottage.
Jeremy started in the industry with a Business Administration degree over 10 years ago. He partnered with the team as an advisor in 2012, and has played an invaluable role providing high quality service and advice to high net worth families. At home, Jeremy and his wife Cassia have their hands full as they welcomed their third daughter to their family in 2018. They are currently involved with inner city work and have been involved with missionary work in South Sudan. Jeremy is the vice chair of the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba board. He enjoys playing hockey and golfing when he can find the time.
Trevor owned and operated a painting business throughout university. It was through this experience that he discovered his skills in entrepreneurship and finance were well suited for a role in wealth management. His lack of love for painting also helped with the transition. Starting out in the investment industry at a competing firm, Trevor partnered with Michelle in 2014 as an advisor and is proud be a part of Richardson Wealth. Regularly improving his industry skills and knowledge, he earned the Chartered Investment Manager designation in 2017 in order to serve clients better. Outside of the office, Trevor, his wife, Rebecca, and their son, Holden, live in southeast Manitoba where they enjoy being active outdoors, gardening (or at least enjoying the fruits of their labour), and hockey. Currently, Trevor is proud to serve on the board of the Rotary Club of Winnipeg as the Immediate Past-President.
Jonathan immigrated to Canada in 2017 from his hometown Torreon, Mexico. After working for several years in Vancouver, BC performing different accounting roles, Jonathan decided to move to Winnipeg where his wife Jane is originally from. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M International University. Passionate about bringing superior customer service, he is currently enrolled in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) to further his education and continue to serve clients in achieving their financial goals. Outside the office, Jonathan and his wife Jane enjoy watching Real Madrid soccer games and trying new cooking recipes from different cuisines.
